Participating Organization Pledges to...
(Please check a minimum of four (4) items below. If your organization has restrictions or is otherwise unable to select 4, please select as many as you can and use the “other” lines to help us come up with a good win-win-win for you, your organization and the event! Send one dedicated email to your database about your participation with the Business Women’s Mega Mixer with a link to register for the event. (BWMM will provide your organization with copy and logos for the email)

Promote BWMM via your social media channels with link to register in multiple posts, reposts and tweets with tagged @BusinessWomensMegaMixer and hashtags #BWMM2017, #MEGA2017 and like BWMM on Facebook and follow BWMM on Twitter

Distribute BWMM promotional materials at your meetings (after rec'ing materials through day of event) AND announce your participation in BWMM at least 3x at your meetings/events (materials and announcement text will be provided).

By completing this partnership pledge, your organization agrees to have your representatives arrive during the set up time and be set up and ready to go by 4:30 PM.

We are unable to allow sharing of your organization’s exhibit tabletop with another business. However, member brochures, business cards or literature is permitted to be part of your organization’s display. If your members would like to set up their own display, exhibit tabletop space is available for purchase.
